Golf Club Odesa is more than just a golf course. It is a hub of the progressive Ukrainian business community, united by the idea of developing sports, shaping a new generation, supporting veterans and people with disabilities through quality rehabilitation programmes and the noble spirit of golf.
The investment certificate grants its holder not only access to an elite club environment but also a unique opportunity to publicly highlight their civic position, business maturity, and commitment to high values.
Each certificate:
• Is personalised – only one certificate may be held per person;
• Grants full access to the club’s territory and activities, including participation in tournaments, training, club events and general Investor meetings;
• Provides the opportunity to organise personal meetings and events on the club grounds and in the clubhouse, provided they are coordinated with the club’s calendar and do not damage its reputation or condition;
• Allows for the placement of personal or corporate branding on the club’s premises and website, within the approved design framework;
• Grants the right to use the club's branding (logo, emblem, visual materials) for one’s own business, websites, and social media, as a symbol of affiliation with the prestigious club community;
• Includes voting rights at general Investor meetings, where key development strategies of the club are discussed and approved;
• Is permanently assigned to the holder, with their name added to the official recorded register of owners, which will be published within the private Investor community.

Admission process and terms of participation
The issuance is limited to 60 investment certificates, released in batches of 5 per month over the course of one calendar year. Once this issuance ends, no new certificates will be issued.

Applications can be submitted via the club’s official website or through a personal invitation from an existing member. The application must include brief personal details, a business biography, and, if available, recommendations. After submission, the candidate will await confirmation that their application has been passed to the Board of Directors for review.
Decisions are made at monthly Board meetings, and only upon unanimous approval of all members can a candidate be admitted as an Investor. If even one Board member objects, the application is declined. Resubmission is allowed no earlier than 3 months later, and only if the reason for the initial refusal has been addressed or resolved.
Transfer rights and exclusions
A certificate may not be directly transferred to another individual. If the holder wishes to sell their certificate, they must notify the club, and may suggest a potential buyer. However, the final decision on transfer lies with the Board, which considers both the candidate’s alignment with the club’s values and the terms of the proposed transaction. If multiple candidates are presented, the certificate may be sold to the one offering the higher price.

The proceeds from the sale are distributed as follows: 80% to the previous holder and 20% to the club. In the event of the holder’s death, the certificate is returned to the club’s control and sold through the same procedure, with 80% of the proceeds transferred to the legal heir.
If a holder violates the club’s values - through unethical behaviour, aggression, disrespect toward staff, or actions that discredit the club - the Board has the right to revoke the certificate and return it to circulation without compensation.
Use of funds and long-term prospects
All funds received from the sale of certificates are allocated solely to the development of the club - upgrading infrastructure, running social programmes, supporting youth tournaments, providing free training, and delivering rehabilitation programmes.
