PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

Golf Club Odesa

This document is a public offer in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

Payment or placement of an order on the website www.golfclubodesa.com constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

1. Subject of the Agreement

Golf Club Odesa (hereinafter — the Provider) offers paid services to clients, including:

individual and group training sessions;

equipment rental;

participation in club programs;

club membership;

other services described on the website.

2. Procedure for Agreement Conclusion

The Agreement is considered concluded at the moment of payment or confirmation of a booking submitted via the website.

 

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider shall:

deliver services with proper quality and within the stated timeframes;

reserve the right to adjust schedules, prices, and terms (by updating information on the website);

ensure protection of personal data;

reschedule sessions if required due to weather or technical reasons.

The Client shall:

provide accurate contact details;

pay for services in full;

comply with safety rules and internal regulations of the club.

 

4. Prices and Payment

Current prices are listed on the website in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

Payment is made by bank card via Portmone or other methods available on the website.

Before payment, the client sees the final amount without additional commissions.

Payment system fees are not added to the client.

 

5. Provision of Services

Services are provided by prior booking.

If weather conditions are unfavourable, the session may be rescheduled.

Club membership is personal and may not be transferred without the club’s written consent.

 

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible within 10 calendar days if the service has not yet been provided.

If a service is partially provided, a refund is issued for the unused portion.

If a session is cancelled due to the Provider’s fault, a 100% refund is issued or the session may be rescheduled.

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

7. Liability

The Provider is not liable for:

malfunctioning of payment systems;

mistakes or improper actions performed by the client;

injuries resulting from violation of safety rules by the client.

 

8. Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

Payment data is not stored by the club and is entered only on secure Portmone pages.

Details are available in the Privacy Policy on the website.

 

9. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability in case of war, natural disasters, technical failures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

 

10. Final Provisions

The offer is valid indefinitely until revoked.

The current version is always published on the website.

Payment constitutes acceptance of the terms of the Agreement.

How to Book

Select a service on our website.

Choose an available date and time.

Pay online to confirm your booking.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel or modify your booking no later than 24 hours before the session.

Refunds for timely cancellations are processed within 10 business days.

If a client does not show up or cancels later than 24 hours before the session — the payment is non-refundable.

If Golf Club Odesa must cancel a session due to weather or technical reasons, the client may choose between a full refund or rescheduling.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds when a service is not provided

If the service could not be provided due to our fault, we refund 100% of the payment.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the same bank card used for the payment.

Refunds to alternative cards are not possible.

Fees and deductions

We do not charge any additional fees or hidden charges.

The client pays only the published price.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

We do not deliver physical goods.

Digital "delivery" refers to the booking confirmation, which is sent to your email and displayed in your account on the website.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

As we provide services rather than physical goods, “exchange” means:

rescheduling a booked session to another date/time;

changing the type of session (e.g., individual → group).

This is only possible if requested no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa and Mastercard issued by Ukrainian and international banks.

Online payments are processed securely through Portmone.

All transactions are protected by HTTPS and TLS protocols.

All prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment.

You will receive an electronic confirmation with all session details.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect only the data required for processing your booking:

- name

- phone number

- email address

Payments are processed via Portmone and are not stored on our servers.

We do not receive or store your card details.

Personal data is used exclusively for booking management and communication purposes.

 

COOKIES & ANALYTICS

Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to improve functionality and provide a better user experience.
